- Currently $750 paid the first of each month
- Begins following ninety (90) consecutive days missed OR
- When annual time and sick leave are exhausted, which ever comes first
Contribution is tax deductible
Benefit Termination
Benefits are paid as described until...
- Member returns to work at their home agency
- Member finds employment elsewhere...OR
- One year from the first day of work missed
